I'm unable to drag any application from one monitor to the next. HOWEVER I can drag it partially onto the other screen, stop dragging, then grab it from the other screen and pull it all the way over. It seems to stop wherever the cursor is and try to snap. With the 'snap' setting off it works but I actually like that feature and want to keep it.
When using my work laptop (also Windows 10) on the same monitors, with snap turned on, I'm able to move things freely between monitors.
I have two monitors. Both are 1080p and they are physically level with each other. The display settings show the correct monitor on the correct side - verified with the 'identify' button. I've updated my NVIDIA drivers. I've tried using different connections on my graphics card (i.e. DisplayPort instead of HDMI, etc).
I have tested this with various Windows 10 windows, Google Chrome, Spotify, Steam... loads of stuff. While I have a workaround it's still really frustrating.
